Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Craig-O-Screens ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and NeuralQuantum.ai LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Craig-O-Screens on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the App to any third party.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 Plans and Pricing

Craig-O-Screens offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans, charged in USD via the Mac App Store:

Prices are listed in USD. Actual charges may vary by country and are displayed in your local currency before purchase.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can cancel at any time through System Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your Mac, or via your Apple ID account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Pro features until then.

3.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not control and cannot issue refunds directly.

3.5 Free Tier

The Free tier is provided without charge and includes limited captures (5 per day) and 3 device templates. We reserve the right to modify Free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Capture screens of content you do not own or have permission to capture.
• Use the App to collect, store, or transmit personal data without consent.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription enforcement or licensing checks.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

5. Intellectual Property

Craig-O-Screens and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by NeuralQuantum.ai LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Craig-O-Screens" and the Craig-O-Screens logo are trademarks of NeuralQuantum.ai LLC.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEURALQUANTUM.AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required, by in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
